James F. Gillen, Jr. founded the firm in 2006 with the goal of providing excellent legal service to both individuals and small businesses. Since then, he has helped numerous clients achieve their desired legal outcomes.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, he practiced as a Registered Nurse at most of the hospitals in the San Antonio area as well as serving in the United States Marine Corps. During his nursing career, he developed good instincts and a deep understanding of human nature that assist him greatly in his legal practice.
During his tenure as an attorney, he has developed a network of attorneys that assist individuals in many areas of law. Mr. Gillen is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. He also is a member of the District Courts Committee.

Jason Edward Cruz is a native of San Antonio who practices in all areas of criminal law and family law, with an emphasis on Child Protective Services (CPS) cases. He has a unique prospective on family law and works very hard to ensure that the client's needs are met and that they achieve their desired outcome.
Mr. Cruz currently is a board member to the Hispanic Law Alumni Association as well as a member of the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

Frank A. Muniz is experienced in helping clients with bankruptcy and debt relief. He has a solid reputation for getting the case started and finished as quickly as possible; in addition, he works very hard to ensure that clients achieve the desired outcome.
Mr. Muniz also handles traffic violations committed by drivers who have a commercial driver's license. In Texas, the only options available to the holder of a commercial driver’s license are to either accept a conviction or litigate it. While he cannot guarantee success on every ticket, he has a very good track record in getting tickets dismissed.
